Bad Deutsch-Altenburg (Hungarian: Németóvár) is a town in the district of Bruck an der Leitha in Lower Austria in Austria. The town lies on the right riverbank of the Danube, south-west of Hainburg an der Donau. On 8 August 2013 it recorded 40.5C which is the highest temperature ever recorded in Austria.
