Living former U.S. governors of South Dakota

As of September 2015, there were three former U.S. governors of South Dakota still alive, the oldest U.S. governor of South Dakota being Frank Farrar (1969–1971, born 1929). The most recent U.S. governor of South Dakota to die was Walter Dale Miller (1993–1995), on September 28, 2015.
